We saw the positive reviews and decided to book here. Unfortunately, the positive reviews were the only positive thing we saw.||||The room was extremely musty. The bathroom was dated with cracked tile. No maid service even though a two night minimum. If you need clean towels, they tell you they will leave them at the door. Owned by a local couple, women very pleasant and nice, however, the Male is confrontational when asked questions. ||||The bed was dated and more akin to a pull out sofa ( it actually tilted back to the head board). The carpet was sticky and dated. After pulling down the bedding, we noticed hair on the sheets. I had a sleeping bag in my car and we chose to sleep on top of our sleeping back in our clothes. We could not have felt more cared for or more welcomed. The inn is one block from the beach, and it's a very quiet beach. There are lifeguards and the beach is very clean. Two or 3 blocks north is the lighthouse, Andy's souvenir shop, and a quaint restaurant. Also close to an assortment of quaint shops and a museum. The room was modest and clean, with a large bathroom, small fridge, and wifi. The beds were firm and extremely comfortable. Also a table and two chairs by the window. Very quiet, even during the day. We couldn't have been happier, and will go back...
