I’ve been to Greco a couple years ago for a ring that was given to me as a gift that I needed resized that was purchased at the shop. I remember that experience being pleasant and quick. Fast forward a couple years- I purchased a diamond bezel set tennis bracelet and when it arrived, I found was too big for my liking. I decided to take it to Greco and see if they could take a few links out. Let me tell you the service I received was outstanding. Not only did I bring the bracelet in around 1PM, a half hour later they called me to come back to the shop and try the bracelet on before it was re-soldered back together. I receive a call the next morning around 11 AM that it was ready for pick up. Less than a 24 hour turnaround! How incredible is that?! The women working in the shop were very pleasant and so helpful. They even called Tony out to get his opinion on what I was looking for to be sure that I could get the fit that I really wanted. And, I thought their pricing for the service was very reasonable- even more so because of the care that was taken with my request! Such a gem of a store! I originally stopped into Greco’s to get a new battery for my watch, but the moment I walked through the door, I was completely mesmerized by all the vintage clocks. The shop is absolutely charming — like stepping into a little time capsule, in the best way.

While I waited, they quickly and professionally changed the battery in both my watch and my mother-in-law’s, and even took the time to clean my wedding ring — such thoughtful service! I wasn’t planning on shopping, but I couldn’t resist a gorgeous blue topaz necklace I spotted in one of their displays… and yes, I bought it on the spot.

This place is more than just a jewelry and clock repair shop — it’s an experience. I can’t wait to go back and spend more time just taking in all the beautiful details....
