Framing is its own form of art and there are no better masters of this art than the team at Grand Frame. The owners, Matt and Christina, are technical, skillful, creative, and helpful people. They are experts in this craft. We use Grand Frame for their custom framing, but also go to them for their selection of frames that they carry in-store at both their Arlington Heights and Barrington locations. The team at Grand Frame introduced us to Prisma, a Chicago-based manufacturer of stylized and colorful high-grade acrylic frames. We were so impressed by the photo frames we purchased, that we worked with the Grand Frame team on a gallery wall. Matt and Christina worked with us to design our custom frames, which included different sizing, colors and patterns. Grand Frame went so far as to install the frames and create our final gallery wall. The team places such emphasis on their customers. They listen, and guide customers through their projects. As a third generation store, I know they have a legion of fans like us throughout the suburbs and city. The team recently opened a second location in Barrington near the METRA. The Barrington location is just as great as the Arlington Heights location. We met with Matt and Christina to work on several new pieces. Christina asked all sorts of questions about the location and visibility of the project we are working on and reviewed a variety of options and styles. Many thanks to Grand Frame, Josh in particular, for the great picture-hanging work they did in our home this past weekend! We had an idea of where we wanted pieces hung, but Josh also did an amazing job offering suggestions. We even gave him a room (my office) to sort of “freestyle,” and it turned out better than I could have imagined! My office space is incredibly important to me, and I am so thrilled with how it turned out. Josh really helped our vision come to life, and now our home truly feels like home with all our cherished memories on the walls, securely hung and neatly placed. Highly recommend. Fantastic staff, excellent work. They sew the jerseys instead of pinning them which makes them look and last a lot longer than the jerseys. They redid the jerseys we got done at Michaels as they were pinned and already falling down in the frame. Recommend them for all framing needs especially speciality or custom. They even re touched and fixed a ruined picture of my grandmother so we could frame it with her recipe. We go here often for all our...
