Amazing Gracie’s is genuinely the most unique, rare, and beautiful boutique. Not only because it carries such special, and “amazing”, items, but also because it is a shopping experience unlike any other! I have lived everywhere, believe me when I tell you that this boutique cannot even remotely compare to anything else. I genuinely don’t want to purchase items from anywhere else, because it’s all subpar, repetitive, and poor quality I’ve found. The saying, “your dollar is your vote”, is exactly how I’d describe why I only want to “vote”, for amazing Gracie’s. It’s such a warm, welcoming environment, and the genuine kindness, as well as knowledge of everything baby/child, is enough to leave anyone speechless. I feel like I’ve booked a VIP private shopping service everytime I come in. The integrity the owner demonstrates is something that I’ve never felt anywhere else. She’s so incredibly helpful, empathic, and has an uncanny ability to read people’s needs; in every way! The associate that was working in the store during my shopping spree today, was SO helpful! What I love most is how transparent it is that the store owner isn’t concerned with only monetary gain. In fact, she’s the opposite. She’s so honest, and if anyone comes in looking for something they can’t find, she’s right on top of helping customers with other locations where they might find what they’re looking for. They somehow manage to always be there for any assistance you could possibly need, but you never feel pressured, or awkward, the way I have felt in other stores. For example, the way some employees follow you around the store while you browse, and say every item you touch is, “so cute”! I really don’t like that feeling, and amazing Gracie’s sets the bar as far as how I wish every retailer practiced their customer service experience! In fact, I wish everyone could have the opportunity to experience what an incredible place, with the most incredible owner, and employees feels like. If you’re ever in the Chicagoland area, I would put going to amazing Gracie’s on the top of the list of places to see, or go! I feel the owner, who does the buying, is by far the most exceptionally talented persons I’ve ever met. The beauty of amazing Gracie’s is that there’s an incredible selection, and the price point to match any customers budget! Every time I’m in there shopping, all I hear from other shoppers are my exact thoughts, “awww! Look at this! How beautiful! So adorable! Oh my goodness I want it all! How can I just pick one gift”?! Etc. It’s just simply true! The store is a masterpiece of carefully curated items, all beautifully organized, and so easy to shop. I will admit this, today I was in there for nearly 3 hours buying gifts for my daughter, niece, and nephew. I just wanted everything… but the owner, and employee helped me beyond belief to honestly explain each piece, and make certain it’s the right item for the recipient. For example, they helped me eliminate items, and find exactly what pieces made the most sense. This is where the wealth of knowledge comes in. There’s no question that doesn’t have a thorough, helpful, clear answer, that comes with as much information you’d like, or as little as you’d like. It’s the millions of tiny little acts of kindness, and genuine understanding everytime I visit that add to just how truly special this store truly is. Immediately all you feel is how welcome you are there, no matter if you’re browsing, or shopping, or just stopping by; they treat every person the exact same. it doesn’t matter what you look like, how you speak, what age, or gender, where you’re from, what your socioeconomic status is, nor the color of your skin, and any other physical appearance etc. They treat everyone who walks in the door like they’re the most important person in the room, and all they want is for you to enjoy the experience that is shopping here. I went in to exchange a dress I had purchased for my daughters birthday and was told because there was a bunny on it it was too close to Easter and I could only receive a store credit for half of the $89. I knew going in that store credit was the only option but the dress was not purchased for Easter it was purchased because my daughter loves bunny’s. The owner was very friendly when we were in the store spending money but from the second she saw I had a return she was extremely rude to me. I can honestly say I have never been treated that way or felt compelled to write a review. I have 2 young girls who love the clothes here but we will be shopping elsewhere...

I am so lucky that I found this little boutique when I moved here 3 years ago..I have 2 grand babies and this is my to go place..Not only do they have beautiful clothes for my grandchildren...The owner Kelly and her daughter Grace are very helpful...
