Very rude on the phone. Short, interrupting, frustrated, rushing, and rude. I think the gal's name on the phone was Debbie? At my job, I interact with over 25 flower shops every single day. This was the most shocking and impolite service I have ever received from any floral company.
I have my concerns now that they are delivering the flowers. They were purchased for a funeral/memorial for one of my clients. I am worried how Batavia Floral will treat my client. I would not recommend.
Debbie(?), please let your customers finish what they are saying on the phone before interrupting. Please do not rush the customer when they are reading an address - I was just trying to make sure you had all the details by reading it slowly. Please do not change the customer's punctuation or spelling without due cause. Please reply "You are welcome" not "mmhmm" when someone says thank you. Please do not get short with the customer when they need to call back to provide additional details. Please do not use a sassy and rude tone when a customer has questions. Please do not rush the customer. Please treat your customers with respect. My job is also challenging and also can be rushed, you are not the only person whose time is valuable.
Shockingly poor treatment of customers, let alone the fact that I am a business customer that has the potential for future business in an ongoing relationship from my firm. You never know who you are talking to on the phone, so assume they deserve your...

Their small town friendliness and creative designs for the arrangements set them apart from the rest! When I called the lady (Iām sorry I forget her name) answered was so sweet and funny,took my order and I couldnāt wait to get a pic of how great it will come out when it got delivered! Well long part here, when I called we were getting our first snow fall and the person I was sending them to (I had found out, had a horrible 2 months in results of one thing losing her dad unexpectedly) had no clue they were coming so I told the lady to put them off a day if she wanted, she was also very busy (I gathered from our funny conversation/order). So the day came to get delivered, they were beautiful but not what I ordered, so I called and immediately they recognized what had happen. ... Guess depends on your believes but cardinals are to be a loved one thatās passed, the āmessed upā floral arrangement was a beautiful cardinal Christmas arrangement.... they apologized which I honestly wasnāt mad I took it as a different type sign but because they are AWESOME! They returned the next day with what I did order and it was beyond more gorgeous then I could think of! Personally called me to make sure my credit card was working because I was having an issue. Made sure my arrangement was rushed right out and delivered that day. It was a sympathy arrangement. And was so helpful and nice on the phone. Even offered to send me a picture of the arrangement since I wouldnāt be able to see it in person but I never received that, but Iām sure it just simply slipped her mind.
