Dollar General — Local services in Batavia Township

Terrible experience today. I went into the store this morning to get items for our camping trip and I spent 36.00.the cashier never said hello but had a very unhappy look on her face. One item rang up incorrect of 45 cents different I said to her that it didn't ring up right and without a word she walked away to go see. I decided to go see if I picked wrong item and she went down a different isle I showed her where I got them and she came looked turned around and said well they were different down the drink isle.. I said to her maybe someone should look into that because I saw items like that elsewhere there .She never said a word she ignored me totally. I asked her if she was the owner she said "Oh No"...then she changed only alittle and told me to have a nice day. At that point I had been treated as if I had something terribly wrong with me or I had did something to her so I didn't feel she meant "Have a nice day " at all. I will not go into that Dollar General again even tho it is close to my home. If I ever go into another one it wouldn't be there. Not sure I will ..Just wanted...

I have to say that I couldn't wait to review my experience at Dollar General in Batavia. I got to interact with Denny, who was very pleasant from the time I walked in the store. He greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. I really needed help getting some paint off of a car . He went above and beyond and Googled what helps remove paint from Cars. He also suggested that I try "Goo Gone". He led me right to the product. I couldn't believe when I went to rub off the paint, it came off completely. I even called the store and told him, " it worked!" I also spoke to the assistant manager before I left to tell her how happy I was with Denny's customer service. Thank you so much for saving the...

Every time I try to go to this dollar store they are closed they have a sign right now that says store is always open but yet I go to pull the door open and once again they are closed everybody's getting in their cars leaving this is extremely unhelpful and if it happened a couple times I could be on more understanding but this is a reoccurring situation and this is so not helpful when someone has a million other things to do in their day it's extremely inconvenient and I'm kind of starting to wonder why they're even closing their doors during the day over and over again every single day I wouldn't even bother stopping by here they will...
