Grammas Pizza Batavia — Restaurant in Batavia Township

FIRST TIME EVER WENT TO THIS LOCATION AND THEY TRY TO SERVE ME A TUNA SANDWICH THAT LOOK LIKE A BUCKET OF TUNA SLAPPED ON BREAD I COULDN'T EVEN GRAB ANY PART OF IT WITHOUT HAVING TUNA ALL OVER MY HANDS AND THE OWNER NEVER APOLOGIZED AND SAID THAT'S HOW WE SERVE THE SANDWICHES I SAID ARE YOU KIDDING ME I'M AMAZED YOU'RE STILL IN BUSINESS IF THIS IS HOW YOU SERVE YOUR SANDWICHES BECAUSE I GO TO THE OWENSVILLE LOCATION AND THEY'VE NEVER SERVED ME ANY KIND OF FOOD AND THIS CONDITION WHATSOEVER MAYBE YOU SHOULD TAKE A PAGE OUT OF THEIR BOOK BECAUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!?! NO APOLOGY , NO EMPATHY NO OFFER OF ANYTHING !!!!! I WORK IN A CASINO AND I'LL BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD NOT TO EAT AT GRAMMAS IN BATAVIA!!!!!!! NOW LOOKING AT SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS IT MAKES SENSE THE OWNER DOES NEVER APOLOGETIC HE MAKES EXCUSES OF WHY THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE ON THE WAY THEY PREPARE IT AND HE ALSO MAKES EXCUSES WHILE HE YELLS AT HIS STAFF I CAN SEE THAT ALREADY WHEN I ONLY DEALT WITH HIM FOR 10 MINUTES AND HE WAS RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC. AND IF HE RESPONDS TO THIS REVIEW WITH ANY KIND OF NEGATIVITY OR THE WAY HE'S TALKED TO OTHER CUSTOMERS , HE'S GOING TO HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THAN ANYONE WOULD WISH TO ASK FOR. HE SHOULDN'T TALK TO CUSTOMERS OR RESPOND TO REVIEWS BECAUSE NOT ONE OF THEM RESOLVE THE SITUATION OR APOLOGIZE!!! IT'S KIND OF CRAZY AND PATHETIC HOW SOMEBODY WOULD RUN THEIR BUSINESS...

Don't go to the Batavia location unless you have a lot of time to kill. They are slower than slow. I have tried to support this restaurant because I like to see local places. Maybe for delivery it is OK. That seems to be their business & they don't care that someone actually gets up & goes to their location. After trying to go to the restaurant a few times and having to wait an hour for food, I once ordered a pizza ahead & paid for it. Asked how long it would be before we would get our pizza. They told me the time. I told them I was taking my son out to collect leaves for a school project & we would be back at the time given to eat our pizza in the restaurant at that time. Came back at the time they said the pizza would be ready. It was not. We went & sat down & waited for food. After 25 more minutes still no food. I went to the place in back & requested my money back. Oh no, no money back. Had to wait another 30 minutes for food. Want to sit down at a restaurant? Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time at this location. My guess is they only want orders...

Very Disgusting!!!!!!! My mom and I went there for Dinner expecting a family experience that was ....somewhat enjoyable. WRONG!! My mom ordered Lasagna and I ordered hot wings for us as appetizers and a philly cheese steak calzone. My calzone was on point however!! My moms,Lasagna was cold and halfway frozen she sent it back it came back burnt as a crisp she didn't eat it. We were there for 20 mins before our loud waitress came to visit brought some sugar water which was supposed to be iced tea. Then my hot wings were over fried no meat on it. The garlic bread hard as a brick even the birds on the windowsill that was lookin in flew away at the sight of it. Our waitress never came to visit no more after that. Then we were forced to pay for the Lasagna that we never ate!! The place stunk, the people there need phone and customer service training galore. I will never go...
