RomWeber Marketplace — Local services in Batesville

Don't go in much but always enjoyed shopping there as they have different things you may not find other places. Stopped in today the door was open and open sign was lit up, we had been traveling so I thought I would use the restroom before shopping. But apparently they have changed their hours and are no longer open until 5, the cashier was nice and explained they were getting ready to close when I came out so we were leaving as that is what I thought was implied by her statement. This is when the owner walks up and rudely accuses me of just stopping in to use the restroom. I explained we had intended to shop but was asked to leave because they were closing, still being rude she says they close at 4. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what as I don't remember her being so rude when I was a vendor there. Either way, the whole situation was just wrong and sadly will no longer be supporting...

Mary Ellen at Romweber Party Place was amazing. She was extremely accommodating and allows several days to prepare for your event. I hosted my wedding there and it was perfect. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and has a plethora of rustic and elegant props for you to use for a small fee. My wedding g was beautiful and I did not buy much in the way of decorations. There is an attached ceremony room, which was convenient and worked perfectly for our wedding. Even in 2020 during the pandemic, my wedding was a success and simple to pull off. Thank you Romweber Party Place! They offered an amazing venue for our local Prom event. The owners were easy to work with and gave us flexible hours to decorate, clean-up, etc. prior to our event. Romweber has a multitude of decorations we were able to choose from to suit our theme. Without the Party Place and their generous owners, our event wouldn’t have been possible.
