Ciao Bella Chocolat — Local services in Battle Creek

We recently had our daughter's HS Graduation Open House at Ciao Bella's. Karen had posted on fb that she was opening up her Cafe to host events. We had already put a hold at another restaurant but wanted to compare to make sure our daughter would have exactly what she wanted. My husband and I met with Karen a couple days later and we knew that this was the place for us. Karen was absolutely amazing. She heard our every thought and made it happen. Karen was so great at being available for all of our questions/follow ups and she was also beyond accommodating. On the day of the event, Karen and her husband, Steve, were so great. Our friends and family had such a wonderful time. They both made our daughter's day perfect. We are so happy that we moved our event to Ciao Bella Chocolat. I went looking for a great local chocolate shop, and I found Ciao Bella Chocolat fits our wish list for such a thing.

My first visit included a tour of the many offerings, and an education on the bean to bar process. Despite the small space, I found quite a bit to sample. The dark chocolate tastes indulgent, and I loved it. I purchased bars, caramels, the freshest bon bons ever, marshmallows (yum!), lemon pizzelle cookies dipped in espresso chocolate (omg!), and biscotti (very, very good). The coffee is locally roasted and exceptional too. We like the practice of using cacao bean husk for tea too (tasty)!

My wife was impressed with my surprise sweetest day choices and vows we shall return, together. I wouldn't hesitate. Exceptional experience- the owner is very pleasant and knows her art well. Highly recommend- don't pass this gem up. We found our home chocolate store and quite look forward to...

Stopped here about a week ago to surprise my wife :) This is a nice little chocolate shop with a cozy interior and friendly staff. There's multiple chocolate items you can choose from, from truffles to pretty chocolate-covered graham crackers. I ended up ordering a four pack of truffles, two peppermint truffles and two cranberry orange truffles.
