Excel came highly recommended, but I have no idea why. When I went to pick up my car I was there for at least 30 extra minutes having them go back and fix multiple missed areas. I went in specifically to get the interior and exterior detailed emphasizing on the exterior scratches. I was shown the car in the shade so it was hard to see that they didn’t even address any of the scratches. I called them and was able to convince them to let me bring it back to address these scratches, but to be honest, that was a hard sell for them. After a second round, the scratches seemed a bit better, that is until the first rain. After that the scratches were all revealed again, there were buff marks below all the doors and wax build up on the black trim around the wheel wells. It looks terrible because it’s all white and foggy instead of black and shiny. All in all, I wouldn’t waste my $400+ tax on Excel if you value your money and vehicle. Edit to address response from Excel Yes, this was completed in July. I have not washed my car since this time. I have kept it quite clean. So your snarky statement, "you’ve likely washed it on your own you’ve probably once again damaged your black paint and we are now at blame months later", is completely untrue and way off base. This statement actually reveals your true colors in my opinion. I felt the need to post this review in September because each time I looked at the condition of my car, I was/am very disappointed, and I felt others should know Excel doesn't always give 5 star details that last. I would imagine most people give their reviews right after they pick up their vehicles, which admittedly present really well upon completion. It's what is discovered later that reveals the real quality of the detail. I included a few pics. It's funny that Excel stated publicly things they claim to have said to me as I dropped off my car that were not actually said. I supposed they felt the need to fabricate the story in their favor since they received their first 3 star. I stand behind my 3 star review. The color correction they speak of was temporary. It didn't last after a few rains, and we have had very...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Excel Window Tinting to have my semi-truck tinted and protective film installed on the headlights, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine enthusiasm for their craft. The staff at Excel Window Tinting are not only experts in their field but also passionate about delivering top-notch results. They took the time to explain the options available for tinting and PPF (Paint Protection Film), guiding me through the process with clarity and expertise.
The quality of their workmanship is unparalleled. The tinting job on my semi-truck windows was flawless, providing both privacy and heat reduction benefits that are crucial for long hauls. Moreover, the installation of PPF on the headlights was meticulous, ensuring optimal protection against road debris and UV damage without compromising on clarity.
The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, reflecting their commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction. Every interaction with their team was positive, from scheduling my appointment to the final inspection of the completed work.

Read moreApril 10, 2025 After driving this winter, I was considering removing the tint from my car’s front windows and windshield. My car’s halogen lights just weren’t bright enough. I brought the car in yesterday and Mike offered to replace the low beam bulbs with LED bulbs. Tried them out last night and only one driver flashed me! I can see again! Thanks Mike and team!
Wow! Mike and his team have outdone themselves this time. I brought them my 2003 LeSabre about 12:30 this afternoon and I didn’t see Mike’s text he sent at 2:00, saying the car was ready! I showed up at 2:30, after I got their phone call. Not only did they tint all the windows, they removed 21 years of water spotting from the exterior glass and side mirrors! When l dropped off my car I made an appointment for my wife’s 2014 XV Crosstrek. It was a surprise for my wife and we left her car thinking her appointment was for the next day. Tonight Mike called at about 5:30 to let me know my wife’s car was already finished! My wife is very happy with her tint (her car came from the factory with only the rear windshield and rear windows tinted. They matched the front windows to the factory tint. I wholeheartedly recommend Excel Window Tinting, these are the third and fourth cars we have had them tint since 2022. The staff is fantastic and they do great quality work, you can take my word for it! Thank you very much Mike and team, we...
