Oh, let me share with you the fascinating tale of my daughters and their riveting journey at this esteemed establishment. For a couple of years, they had the absolute pleasure of working there, making loads of friends and having a blast. One of my daughters, oh so wisely, decided to embark on a new career path that aligned with her grand ambitions. As for the other, well, she stayed and was rewarded with the prestigious title of shift manager.
Now, let me enlighten you about the joys of managing teenagers while dealing with the higher management at this fine establishment. It's an absolute delight, I tell you! Especially when those teenagers have a knack for calling out a lot. Ah, the joys of dealing with a store manager who found sitting in the office doing nothing to be their true calling, refusing to work on weekends and showing zero empathy towards their employees. They even had the audacity to make them work during icy weather and when there were no customers in sight (imagine the money lost!). Oh, what a gem of a manager!
And let's not forget the district manager who swooped in and casually changed my daughter's requested day off without so much as a courtesy ask. How thoughtful of her! And although I haven't witnessed her miraculous presence during a rush when her struggling crew needed her the most, I have seen her diligently observe their struggles and gracefully leave, leaving the few remaining souls to close the store ridiculously early. Bravo, I say!
So, dear customers, let's extend a little grace to these poor souls and direct our frustration towards the managers who clearly need a crash course in management skills. My daughter, clever as she is, learned from her wise father who believes in leading by example and not asking anything of his employees that he wouldn't do himself. It seems the upper management at Taco Bell missed that memo entirely. Oh, Taco Bell, do better, won't you? Tonight marks my daughter's grand exit, joining the ranks of the many blessings that have left as shift leads. Unless Taco Bell decides to treat their people with a shred of decency, I'm afraid this location will continue to face some serious issues. Farewell, dear Taco...

I tried to air fry them to revive them and doctored it up to make it edible. This is my last time consuming Taco Bell unless there's absolutely nothing else available. Service at this location is still lacking years later. You're not acknowledged for walk-in orders. Or thanked for coming in. Not sure what the allure of this "food" is, but clearly enough people like it to keep the stores open.
I do like the convenient location next to WINCO, but the service could be stepped up a notch. I get that it's fast food, but still. They barely confirm your order and it feels rushed to go up to the delivery window. Then they practically shove food into your hands not grateful at all that you choose to go there over any of the other gazillion options available. With that said, we haven't had an issue ordering on the app and getting what we ordered. I discovered tonight that slathering a chicken Flatbread with street corn dip from Costco is actually quite delicious! I recommend...
Read moreThis location is hit or miss which is to be expected. My visit tonight though was one of the worst. I don't even have that high expectations but when I walked in to pick up my online order I saw it sitting on the counter by the register but noone was there so I waited. It looked like only two people were working in the back and the one closest to me gave me obvious dirty looks. I figured she was to busy to help me and was patiently waiting so I'm not sure the reason for the rude looks. She finished making someone's order and walked to the register and reached her arm out to the people waiting behind me in a way that forced me to move over instead of saying excuse me. Then she shot be another rude look didn't say someone will be with you in a moment or anything. I get working a low wage job might not always be the best but I've been there and I have never treated a customer with such disrespect especially for absolutely no reason. Eventually a guy did show up and was friendly and handed me my food. Food was alright at first but I found in the crunch wrap a scraggly dark hair in it that made me lose my appetite so I threw the...
