Iâve been going to DQ since I was a kid. I love their cherry dipped cones. Recently Iâve started going to this location (frequently) to get cherry dipped cones with my fiancĂ©. Each time they look worse and worse. So much so that today we actually asked them to remake them. I hate wasting food or causing a fuss but the standard of serving a paying customer something done so sloppy is not cool. If someone doesnât complain it will just continue.
When we asked them to remake the cones after being served ones still dripping and cracked with ice cream coming out they attempted to just RE-DIP the same cones! I watched and said âno toss them and make new onesâ. You cannot take food youâve already let a customer touch and proceed to dip it again!!!! Huge contamination issue. Sadly, they remade them but they were worse the 2nd time! I heard the blonde gal that works there say âthatâs just how the cherry dipped areâ. No, theyâre not.

When I came to the window at the drive thru, she repeated my order and said small drink. I said, no I wanted a regular and a man appeared saying that is a regular. I then said, fine, then I wanted a medium and they told me to have a nice day and would not give me the drink size I wanted. He then went to explain that the small was regular. I have been ordering food at dairy Queen for years and have never been given a small when I order a regular, always a medium, a bunch of their other items require you order a regular. I now see that there is a any size drink with fries deal that most likely has resulted in them giving me a small instead of a medium. No where on their website does it state a small is a regular. Regardless, I do not need to be made to feel stupid at a Wendy's when their sizing system makes no sense. Done coming to this location. Probably done with Wendy's cus the food ain't worth this...
   Read moreI came through the drive thru on 7/18 around 2:22pm & ordered a banana split with peanut butter subbed for pineapple & a cookie dough blizzard.. my partner & i were asked by the manager if we were okay with somebody new practicing a banana split with ours so we said yes no problem! we wait 15 minutes to get a banana split with no pb, caramel instead & my blizzard being completely melted. so i go inside & ask for the side of peanut butter because we understood it was someone knew & a remake was a hassle but i asked the manager about getting my next one free since it was melted & not as they say â upside down thick & he said they dont have anything like that, i proceeded to tell him its on his menu & he looks up & isnt seeing it so i point it out & he says well this store doesnât participate in it, its a corporate thing. He was very rude about it & dismissing when he couldve apologized for the fact that they messed up. I hope corporate can do something about this rude manager because I wont be coming back to this...
