First time dining in at this Ichi which hasn’t been open for too long. Service was decent; food was decent and pricing was fair. Nothing special since most Ichi’s are basically structured the same with their menu’s looking identical due to same ownership. Also, my first time trying their Bibimbap; it was okay, a bit overpriced and cold for my liking but I like how they use a stone bowl and heat it up which makes the rice on the bottom crispy. Will come back in the future if I’m working in the area.

We have been there since the place opened about a year ago. We love their Teriyaki plate and Udon Bowl and Pad Thai. Food is fresh and yummy. The last two times, the salad rolls were big disasters. I think they hired some people who do not know how to wrap them. They were loose and don't hold together. Furthermore, there's lots of liquid inside. These are not burritos. When wrapped correctly, you can fried them like spring rolls.

Ordered the beef teriyaki plate, general Tao's chicken, and steamed gyozas. The gyozas were our favorite. The sauces were really tasty. I wasn't crazy about the fatty edges on the beef teriyaki so I won't order that again. Prices were reasonable and service was good. Covid protocols in place

Good food and usually decent service except today. Ordered to go, and had a bowl of the good complimentary soup while waiting. Instead of leaving the bowl on the table which seemed rude, I put it on the counter like I had before and had seen others do as well because there is no obvious place to put it. Well apparently I missed the little postcard size sign that said not to leave dirty dishes on counter. Excuse me, I was just trying to be nice and did not deserve the slap on the counter with the snippy, snide "next time don't leave your bowl on the counter". I said "I was just trying to help why the attitude?" I got "there's a sign right there!" If she had said "sir, you must not have seen our sign, it is small, please just leave your bowl on the table next time" I would have just left the bowl on the table next time. Instead there will be no next time, I will not tolerate being scolded at a place of business for trying to be nice, or for any reason for that matter. Make the sign bigger, make an obvious place to put the bowls and drop...

My wife and I have been visiting this establishment for roughly 7 years. There was a time when the food quality and atmosphere was good. However, these days, not so much. We visited this afternoon and we were only mildly pleased. First off, the music was a real pain in the ass. The staff in the kitchen was blaring their Mariachi music with the trumpets. Talk about a headache. The front part of the restaurant had hip hop music playing. And even with auditory challenges, it was horrible. And, I mean, horrible. It was like the front end staff and the kitchen staff were competing against one another to see who could drown the other out with the loudest music. The egg rolls were substandard, and one could tell they were not very fresh. Everything just didn't seem very good. In fact, the best thing about our meal was the Mexican Coke. If we ever visit this place again, it will be too soon. Sorry guys. You have simply gone down hill. You're not what...

It bothered me that the only cashier/host had a friend standing at the counter the whole 25 minutes I waited for my food. The friend took up part of the counter, got food and ate it at the counter, laid her belongings at the counter and made no effort to move for the customers! At one point the scantly dressed friend went behind the counter and also in front of the counter and hung over it with her legs spread while myself and few others waited for food watched. The gal working behind the counter also poked her bellybutton in her belly showing shirt and tossed her things while waiting on people to order. One couple left. The two of them went to the soup out front to look together whether they could scrape enough for my order. I objected. It was quite gross and made me not want to return with that gal and her friend there. The salad rolls and soup were very good though! I don’t plan to ever return if that same...
