This is the closest Subway sandwich shop near my home. I'm a mom of 2 and actually, my son goes to Prairie high School right across the street. This Subway sandwich shop is always clean, the workers here are very nice and polite.
The biggest issue I have with this particular Subway is they don't honor or accept the coupons that Subway makes. Everybody in Vancouver gets the weekly grocery ads and coupons in that little mailer once a week and usually twice a month you are lucky enough to get Subway coupons. Right now I have a coupon that says get a 6-inch for $3.99 and get a footlong for $6.99. We are just your average family of four. We like to go to the movies at the mall, etc. And yeah if you can save money from time to time by using these coupons why wouldn't you.
I wish, hope and pray that this location would accept the coupons but they simply won't. I do my banking at Chase, which is in the same parking lot, so I drive by this Subway every week. Or if, we're driving to Taco Bell to pick up a lunch on a Saturday afternoon, again I look and see the sign that says "won't accept coupons" on the door at this Subway location. Again it would certainly make my life easier if this closest Subway to my home would accept the coupons that Subway mails out to most families and homes. But because they will not accept and honor the coupons, I go to a different location. Usually my family will get take out once a week, only once. Either one lunch or one dinner. When we do use these coupons that we just received today. I'll have to go to a different location. The Subway near Taste of China or the Subway near Safeway and that's really really sad, that I can't go to my closest Subway location and utilize the coupons. I am reading the comments from all the other families that live near this location and it seems like I'm not the only one that's bummed out about this location not accepting coupons.
If this location started accepting coupons like the other Subways do, do you have any idea how much more business you could generate by accepting the coupons. That would actually increase more money to your...
Read moreIt says 24 hours but twice I have stopped on my way home from work(I work until 1:30am) and the door was locked. Yesterday I stopped in at around 2:35am and stood there for about 10 minutes and was not helped. I could see the employee through the mirrored window so I know he saw me because I walked back and forth a fee times atvthe counter. Honestly what's the point of being open 24 hours if your employees are going to lock the door or just ignore customers? Maybe the management needs to do a little house cleaning and hire people who are...
Read moreGraveyard employee seemed like he was having a really bad night last night as well as the last night I was there. I was a bit taken aback by how rudely I was treated. Very few words were exchanged throughout my visits but every interaction seemed disdainful. I was more surprised by it than anything. Quality of food and preparation just wasn't there tonight. Have always had great interactions with previous graveyard staff and I like this establishment, but If I pull up and see that he's there, I probably...
