I never have had a good experience here. Every single time I have had to change my insurance for my car loan or change the payment type for said loan, they say they “complete” it and “everything is good to go.” I moved out of state, changed insurance and called them right away to get it switched over. They said they received and updated the information so tell me why I receive a letter in the mail saying I don’t have insurance?! I have went to the location multiple times and have called them several times when I moved out of state. Their employees need to be better at handling this information and entering it when they say. If you can, do not have your loan here because the staff are incompetent. If I could give zero...

This is the main branch that will approve or deny your loan. Most likely deny. They have denied me every time I tried. I have great credit. Been with them over 10 years. I got a 2000 loan before with my car as collateral. Not only did I make more than the minimum payment due...the loan was paid off early. Then when they deny you, they wont tell you to your face. They just hope you figure it out for yourself. No letter...and no phone call that was promised. I only knew cause of what I found from the application status on their website. The people can be nice very little of the time otherwise they are rude quite frequently. I am searching for a new place to bank with. I would recommend anyone else...

No starts at all. Absolutely horrible. Went to pay my car payment with a certain amount, after counting it multiple times before handing it to the teller. As I received my receipt, it said I only gave a hundred less than what I gave! Went to talk to the supervisor and they said they recounted the till and it only equals out to be what the teller had put down. At the window, the teller asked if I even wanted cash back ( after paying more than my car payment) and I asked for it to all be put on there. At the end, I still had to waste another $80 just to make sure my car payment all equaled out. Absolutely disappointing.. would never...
