Uneducated/undertrained/rude employee supervisor/management. Once and only visit to store..NO THANKS...I will buy direct from Clinique! Will never step foot in store again or Ulta for that matter. She argued with me over a product she had NO CLUE about and it even states on Ulta website opposite of what she insisted was correct on product. She didnāt even try to be 1% pleasant to work with. Sorry honey in retail biz you need to give 110% even if you bite your tongue..especially when you donāt know the answer 100%, research the answer or simply say thatās a great question let me find out or a simple I donāt really know works. After walking the aisles by myself said item was in fact in stock. I let cashier know it was there and to let the associate know. As the cashier Marla was also very rude never once apologized for their mistake. If there were more options in Baxter I 100% woulda walked out due to rudeness and lack of service/knowledge. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in yesterday (10/10/23) to get help with makeup. Nick who was a Clinique rep did a makeup consult with me and I had a great experience! I was very pleased with his knowledge, recommendations, and friendly personality! I also really liked one of the Ulta employees (maybe a manager) who led me to them and helped me after my consult with another product. I will be coming back and getting more of the products Nick recommended. I wish he worked at that store but he was just up training two others.
