T.J. Maxx — Local services in Baxter

This store usually delivers with product and customer service. Until today. I assume she is the manager, TINA, was absolutely rude in her responses to my husband and I. We were buying the last of a product on the shelf and the box was tore all up and tons of tape to hold it together. We asked for a discount and her response was "you dont have to buy it" when repeated why we asked for the discount she smugly said "no were not gonna do that". For one, any store who is selling damaged products or boxes will always give a small discount. And two, if you wanted to tell us no. There is a more appropriate way to say it. Im frustrated and appalled. We come here frequently and spend alot of money in this store. So if this type of customer service happens again. I doubt we...

I'm not really sure about the inside of the store. I was just driving past and saw a bunch of clothes hanging around outside the store. I wasn't really paying attention to the clothes as much as the gal that was shopping for clothes. A 10. But I can only put 5 here. Sometimes to get a good rating. All you need is a beautiful girl outside the store. Come to think of it. She didn't move at all. Just stared past with her arm in the air like she had a question to ask the teacher. You know what. I bet she needed to use the restroom....

TJMaxx has been my go to store lately. I love the quality of chocolate, cookies and snacks they carry. The turnover in this area keeps those items fresh. I also like the household area. I find things I never knew I needed in that dept.The beauty section is another great place I check out. Brand name shampoos, lip gloss and other items. I always check out the hand soap. Reasonable priced with a variety to select from. And OH MY....it's hard getting to the checkout counter when you have to go through the gauntlet of goodies...
