The Meat Shop has always had THE BEST Polish Sausage. My husbandâs family introduced me to this place back in the late 1960s. Not being Polish, I was thrilled. Have been going to The Meat Market ever since. Always before Christmas and Easter. And since my hubby is no longer living, itâs up to me and my daughterâs family to keep the tradition going. Itâs strange how a couple of people who left reviews, are so angry the Meat Shop is not open on the weekend. Well, the owners need to have a life so they are not working on Sat & Sunday. One lady posted 9 months ago they were not open when âsupposed to beâ . Well, Lady, we have been in the throes of a Pandemic which closed many businesses. And, prior to going to Bay City, just pick up your phone and call. Donât be rude to my favorite butchers! People need to stop being rude!
