I asked how many managers were in the store. Then a manager said it maybe 1 or it could be 2. Then she continued with her stupid games and acting like she didn't know. Then I'm approached by another manager; same thing. But this time this was the store manager and she didn't identify her self as the store manager. Why I asked? When I arrived to the store I was calm, smiling, very polite with the security guard and I asked he to call me a manager. Then I waited and waited and waited some more. That's why I wanted to know how many managers were on duty and because I wanted to file a complaint because I called first from my house, I guy answered the phone and I asked to be transferred to Geek Squad. He stated he couldn't; which is a lie because i have called in the past. then he gave me an 800 number to call. No one answered. The first 3 times someone picked up the receiver and hung up. Then I showed the store manager all the calls I made and no one answered. Then I told the store manager that the guy said he couldn't transferred the call and she replied, "good to know". Then the security officer started with me because I'm upset. I have the right to file a complaint, I have the right to be mad or upset after it happened. Then the guard indirectly threatened me. The guard refused to identify himself so i took a photo of him. The store manager that i couldn't take pictures in the store. So i said to her; he refused to identify himself so I'm taking it. So I called his boss, and still no call back. The store manager kept pushing the issue on me buying a new t.v.; even after I told her I did not want to buy a t.v. I wanted for the software to be updated on the t.v. and synchronize the remote. After all that aggravation didn't bother to offer me any discount. Myself; as a manager in auto zone and walmart; I gave discounts to customers if they had and issue or a problem with my staff. Why? To show faith, and that customer service is important to retain the customer and is priority number one. The store manager said she would call me back; and here we are 24 hours plus later and no call back. I'm considering filling a complaint with the police for the threat. Check the security cameras. Any I will call best buy headquarters and file a against the 2 managers, the person that didn't transferred my call, the person or persons that picked up the receiver 3 times and hung up and that unprofessional, not shaved guard for his...

We purchased a TV a week ago off of the sales floor and due to lack of space in our car they offered to deliver it for us for free, great right? WRONG! we were told that due to the possible hurricane our TV would be delivered that Friday, which is completely understandable. Fast forward to last Thursday, we receive a text stating we will get our TV delivered the following day, Friday comes & nothing gets delivered. We call and nobody knows anything and we are told that we will get a notification to let us know when our order is coming. NOTHING ever comes. So I call tonight to inquire about where our merchandise is & we’re told that they’ve ordered our TV and it will be in THIS FRIDAY. HOW?! If we bought a TV off the sales floor & it was “separated” for the delivery. We are told now that we will get a callback tomorrow to see what can be done! Why do I need to be calling people to get them to do their job!!!???? NEVER GOING...

The lot can get a bit crowded, but there are designated spots for electric/hybrid vehicles and motorcycles, which is a nice touch if you drive one of those. It’s conveniently located at the west end of the mall, so it’s easy to access from the west entrances.
The store itself is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the latest electronics. I came in looking for the Google TV Streamer, and they had it in stock. The employee I spoke with was fluent in English, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the differences between the Google TV Streamer and the Chromecast 4K, which was super helpful. He even let me check out at a nearby register, making the whole process fast and efficient.
I was in and out in just 10 minutes, which was fantastic! Overall, a great experience. It would’ve been a 5-star visit if the parking lot wasn’t so crowded, but otherwise, highly recommend...
