My first visit today and my last one. As soon a enter the store two nice associates were helping me find the correct megaphone I need. I was asking them questions about the megaphone and the owner or supervisor came to me and took me the megaphone from my hands and tell me I put your box of the megaphone in the cashier you can now put this one back. Horrible customer service. I told him your being roughly with the service, dont push it, he told me he was giving training to a new associate. Me and my daughter we're greeted with a smile by the owner Don José Ernesto Díaz, a kind man with a true knowledge of what good service means. He gave the extra mile to help my daughter with her Piano which has a bad key. Having no space available for anymore repairs in his shop to handle, he was able to coordinate with his technician to make an exception and squeeze in my daughters Piano.
