Consistently, the worst customer service on the whole food court. They have really good coffee, but I have had it with them. No respect for the customers, unless you befriend them. The friends of the cashiers are allowed tu cut in line, they chat, flirt and goof around with their buddies, while people in line have to suck it up and stay in line. Even worse, if you complain, they tell you to go to Starbucks or shut up. I guess the owners rather cheap out with immature cashiers than pay for responsible adults to provide decent...

Usually you get good service. The lady with the grey shirt, black pony tail was doing it all on purpose to delay giving me the food that had been ready seating on the counter. The short girl with a baseball cap was super busy and he coworker was on the phone while making coffee the chatting with a guy (not and employee) The typical less do less so my coworker does it all.
