Dollar Tree — Local services in Bayou La Batre

I was over charged for items I didnt receive. Cashier had double scan stuff, went right back in the store after viewing my receipt to let them fix THEIR mistake was told a manager would have to fix it. No manager was there that could give me my money back. Went back the next day after the cashier told me what times I could come in. Once again no one could help me and their was a manager their this time her name was Treyson but was told he/she couldn’t help me that now I have to wait and talk to the store manager. I ask for the store manager’s name and was told he/she couldn’t give it to me. There was three people that work here that completely wasted my time and gas on top of charging me for stuff that I never got. I will never shop at this store again!!! Got a call from this dollar tree at my business today, I answered "This is (business name) can I help you?" to which she replies "yeah is this dollar tree?" .... a little confused by the caller ID that reads "dollar tree" I politely say "no ma'am this is (business name)" to which I received a rude reply of "oh well you're information is wrong online then!" (which it isn't). I tried to respond and tell her no our info is correct there must be a misunderstanding but was hung up on before I could say anything. I tried to call back to remedy the situation but I was met with more attitude and rudeness. Oh well. Dollar TreeT is using tariffs to raise prices spread margins and give buyers smaller quantities. They have shed family dollar in a Corporate spin off so that they are more competitive. Stores are dirty not well stocked and prices up a whoopping 50% in 2 yrs. This is is on base line goods. Recentlly they added $3&5 items giving more choice but at higher prices than elsewhere. The stock has soared as the rich get richer. This is not a long term Winner. I go there less & less. The cooler has been under repair in our local store for a month. Walmart has many same items for same price or less. DT does have cheaper energy...
