I went to this laundromat based on the reviews...it was not the same experience. Not only was there no attendant there, the floor was also covered with trash. Two of the machines I used didn't pull the detergent. So basically my clothes was wash in just water. So I had to walk down to the store which they own and ask for assistance. But did they want to help no! There was a guy moping the floor of the store he didn't even want to hear my question just pointed me to another man. Which was like..."I no nothing about machines there". Then why are the customers told to come to the store if there is an issue. Finally he gave me a piece of paper to write my info down and explain the issue and maybe the store manager would issue a refund. I really should have just plain nasty with them, but I'm trying to turn over a new leaf. I will be going back to talk with owner to get this resolved. Today I was at this store and was having trouble getting a card to wash and there was only 1 person in The laundromat and when I asked him if he knew how to load a card, he said he didn’t so I continue to try to load the card for to get a new card ride and then also he comes around to where I was and he had his phone on and had Patel on FaceTime and he was trying to help me with the machine and when Patel saw that I couldn’t do it he walked in himself to come and help me and that is really good. Customer Service. I was really really pleased and if he helps everybody else like he help me then this is why you Washateria is successful. You need to pat him on the back and tell him what a great person he is and what great Customer Service skills have along with the gentleman that helped me get to talk to him who works at the liquor store to short a short guy.
