This is definitely a tucked away hole in the wall spot with a lot of potential . We ordered 20 birria tacos, 15 de res , 5 de cheva. 1 horchata and 3 churros .
10/10 on those churros ✨ Horchata was good a lot of cinnamon for some reason The birria tacos were edible with a lot of salsa, lime, cilantro and onion. The de res was as expected, the cheva did not taste how I remembered it .
Now the bad, the consome …. Was pretty bad. Had a very foul smell to it. It was tossed. The meat had a similar taste but not as bad with the added extras. The de res was better by far. Then the cheva.
Would we go back? Probably not.
It is costly. Everything I ordered was 77 dollars. Which if we’re being honest, that’s 2.50 a taco because it’s Tuesday and they had the 10 for 25 .
Staff was friendly, it was very clean and maintained. I do have a culinary background and a very diversified culture and these tacos are staples foods for us. I’d honestly try and find another birria...

The flavor is not good my wife wanted birra and it's sad that I had to make it at home for her to get her fix.. I own my own food establishment so I will be honest with this review for a place that is dedicated to 1 thing it should be amazing but honestly it's trash would not recommend and for anyone who says this is great or amazing doesn't know about about flavor or food. We went to try this on a Sunday morning not so busy which was great for us to dine in with two toddlers, lots of to go orders, food came out quickly they give you chips and salsa while you wait, the music was perfect the food was to die for we got the birria combo which was soooo much food we got half beef half borrego, 12 quesabirrias 3 empalmadas a jumbo birria pizza and a torta the borrego consomé was delicious as well husband loved it my two girls did as well! Horchata and Jamaica so so good will definitely be coming back customer service...
