Krazy Dollar — Local services in Baytown

They had Dove Bodywash for $1.25. Great deal, right?! WRONG...They had a hand made sign that said you could only buy 1 for $1.25 & if You bought more than 1 the Manager instructed the Cashier to charge You $1.79 a piece. They supposedly had to go to the back to get more if you bought more than 2. We waited for about 10 minutes before We had to ask another Sales associate on the floor to help Us. The Manager hadn't even attempted to go and get the other Ones We purchased. When the Sales Associate went back there & got the Dove, the Manager fussed at Her & told Her not to go get any more because the Customers are buying too many. False advertisement to say the least, & so I had to pull the ad up on My phone to show Him that there was no limit in the online ad. The Manager fussed some more, but eventually gave it to Us. All I can say is WOW, what an experience! I may have to go back & take a picture...

Pretty much done shopping at this place..... employees and owners all look at you and follow you around as if you were going to steal something. I like to take my time when it comes to shopping.... if they can’t respect that then... there’s plenty of dollar stores all around the area that won’t treat me that way or talk about me in Urdu or Indian or whatever. Also their 1.25 policy to change to a 1.36 did not begin until May 2 or so as specified in their sing posted on the door yet I was charged the 1.36 (don’t wear your ring to this store lol)..... but really? I was a costumer there; it’s some kind of discriminatory bull y’all pulled off. BBB would have fun with y’alls false advertising, hiring ethics, and tax gaming y’all do ....... but I’m not as...

This is one of my favorite dollar stores. They have almost everything you need. Not bad stuff either they have multiple different types of party decorations from birthdays to weddings to quinceaneras. the staff is always so friendly and if they don't have what you need or the amount you need in stock they will reach out to the owner and see if he has some in the back room storage or if he can get it for you.
