The Vape It Store — Local services in Beaufort

I've been to this location twice... My SO told me about it. I am pregnant and new to the whole vape craze, trying to quit smoking. I've been trying to find something I like and called the store to ask a few questions. Not only did Tara answer my questions plus some, she offered to give me several different small bottles to try at a very affordable price so that I didn't waste a ton of money on something I didn't like, as I've done several times before. She also worked with me on money as I only had a limited supply that day, and gave me as much as she possibly could (which was alot!) for that day... The customer service alone had me knowing I'd be coming back! She went above and beyond!

I came in the next day, and saw someone else... Todd. I explained how Tara had helped me and asked a few questions about my current vape (I was in and out the first visit but was able to spend more time on this one) and not only did he help me with a flavor that I absolutely adored, he cleaned my vape, primed it, filled it, put the new glass on himself, AND helped me with the problem of coughing up a storm when I hit it. Apparently the whole time I've been trying to vape, I've been hitting it all wrong! It's so so much easier now, and I can hit it so much better, and don't even feel the need for a cigarette anymore already! Don't get me wrong, I want one... But I no longer need one. It's amazing to do it right finally, and they both took the time to help me, and were very thorough and just awesome as a whole. I'll be back. I love this place...

Well im from out of town needed a new optimizer for my battery i bought an aspire nautilous and i cant stand it so i went and bought a new battery that had an optimizer i wanted cause they said they couldn't just sell the top part. When i went to charge the battery last night it wouldn't stay plugged into the bottom of the battery. When i went back to the store today cause im leaving early in the morning they said there was nothing they could do cause the manager wasnt there and said they didnt have a way to get a hold of them which i know is a lie. And so now i have to contact the manufacturer and pay shipping cost to send them a defective item i havent even had for 24 hrs. I would not recommend either of thier stores in this area. Ive been vaping for 4 yrs and they acted like i didn't know how to plug it in properly....

I cant say enough kind words about the ladies that own these stores. Their always so nice and always a smiling friendly face. This store always has what I need and if they dont, they make sure to try and...
