Went in for a nail cut down, I was seen by Ashley and she was not interested in touching my feet, I specifically told her I didn't want them too short and that I grew them out because I needed them cut correctly. She didn't hear a thing I said and started cutting them too short and when I told her that's too short she shrugged her shoulders and told me "okay" with an attitude. The service was supposed to take 15 minutes but she was done within 5 minutes, she only buffed one of my big toes, did not touch the cuticles, and cut all my nails uneven. And when I asked her if they don't clean the cuticles and fix the nail she said "we cut and we buff, and I did that." I could've done a...

Terrible. I asked for a specific color and the "stylist" did the complete opposite. I was on the verge of tears. The manager came and told me it looked so great, Of course. They added a toner...and made it WORSE!!!!! I wasn't complaining or rude but I am absolutely disgusted by my hair. They did not charge me for the toner. I did not tip because after they attempted to fix it the PROFESSIONAL burned my neck while TRYING to style it. It took a lot of courage and time to finally write this review. This was my first visit to Cherry Valley Nails & Hair. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and was looking for somewhere close to my house that would be easy to get an appointment where they actually take you at your appointment time. I read reviews and made an appointment with Ashley based off a lot of people recommending her and saying she is great. They did not lie! She is fantastic and very friendly.
