City Sushi & Korean Grill — Restaurant in California

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I’m sorry this place was disgusting! The miso soup was awful no Tofu and it had an odd smell and taste to it. Then we got the calamari like a total of 5 pieces and they had absolutely no flavor! Then the sushi well my son said the salmon was like they injected water into it, super watery everything was just gross! I ordered a soda the nice woman filled it 3/4 full and never gave me a refill my son asked for a refill she literally filled his empty cup half full! Then to top it all off it was ridiculously expensive we paid $60 for 2 rolls and 2 soups and calamari I really wish I took a picture of the calamari what a joke! And the grand finale was she actually chargerd me $14.99 for a roll that was supposed to be $12.99 I even checked the website after to confirm that I was over charged! I give a one star because it was over priced. Had 2 rolls, 3 12oz beers and a large hot saki. It cost me $80 bucks. I usually go to darumaya in Beaumont. Great sushi. Get 2 rolls, 2 small hot sakis and 2 22oz beers and for only $40 bucks!! Honestly this place didn't even ask what size I wanted the saki or the beer. Just served it. The sushi was ok but Darumaya was better. I like to try sushi places and compare but never again will I come here. Sushi for one shouldn't be $80 dollars. I truly think she up the prices on me. Sad cause that's not how you keep customers. I don't see many negative reviews that's why I'm very surprised on my experience. Oh well hope you have a better experience. Horrible service. Came in to get a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 5:40pm. I showed up at 5:40pm, there were 2 people ahead of me. The people ahead of me were helped, then another person was helped with a pickup order that was behind schedule. I stood in the doorway for 15 minutes. 4 employees walked by me and not one of them said one word to me. I had to ask someone about my pickup order. The employee checked it and said it wasn’t ready then continued counting her tip money. Each customer that entered after me was greeted by an employee. It’s now 6:10pm and I’m still sitting here waiting for my pickup order with no update. 2 other customers have been given updates on their order while waiting without asking. I will never come back to this place. I would ask for a refund but I doubt any of the employees would even know how to give me a refund. This place is an...
