We originally called.and I asked questions.and was treated very well on the phone, told them what we were needing and encouraged to come in and take a look around. We went in looking to buy with cash in hand a stove, refrigerator, washer, couch (only) and dryer. We walked around looking at everything, we were there for about 45 mins and not even one hello, how can I help you. When we first arrived, there were about six others there and all sales people were engaged with them. So we took our time and patiently waited, found what we were intrested in and really all we were needed was to be rang up ( didn't find a couch we liked but found everything else) but after all the other left and we were still there and not even approached, decided it was not where we needed to invest our money. Never judge a book by it's cover, because all those other people there walked away and didn't buy a thing and if we were even acknowledged you would have had a large same day sale.

Don't settle, don't compromise how you are treated. In this day and age customer service needs to be a priority to all people.

This is a little premature because I haven't received the product yet but nice staff that are nice and extremely helpful. I looked at lowes, and home depot for the exact same service of buying the appliance and installing it and they beat it without even trying by more than 100 dollars. And got a dryer for waaayyyy cheaper. Not used either brand new. Same one at Lowes was 500. I spent 540 on everything taxes and delivery. Oh and installation and taking out...
