My cousin and I want to start by saying we are highly offended and disappointed in the behavior, treatment, and service we received from a manager and an employee at the college location in Beaumont, Texas. On Saturday, I placed an order through the drive-thru, and our order was wrong. I proceeded to return the food and was informed food couldn't be returned. The cashier went to get a manager, and a manager came to the window and started typing on the register, taking another order. Once she finished, she then went to the window and raised her voice, and asked what we wanted. I attempted to repeat the order to her, and her response was, “I gave you that it was in a brown bag.” The only bag we received was a clear one. I offered to let her see what was inside, but she dismissed me and said, “I can't take it back; what did you order?” I attempted to repeat the order; then, she left the window before I could tell her everything we had ordered. A guy with braids and glasses walked up to the window and handed us a bag. The bag was missing a side; the guy called her and said, “Tasha, he’s asking for you.” She returned, raising her voice, and said, “I asked you what all you ordered.” I then informed her we were missing one side. I asked the guy to confirm her name to ensure we heard it correctly, and he said, “he’s asking for your name; what do you want me to tell him.” He looks at me and says her name is dee. She handed us the side, and they closed the window and said nothing. I want someone in corporate to please address this behavior from both the manager and the guy with braids and glasses. Disrespectful behavior and dishonesty towards customers aren’t something that should be accepted. Although I’m sure we will never receive an apology from them. I want this incident to be addressed because if it happened to us, it could happen to another customer. I can confidently say that I, as a customer going forward, might not return to this location due to the disrespect...

Chicken should not be soggy and all the soggy crust falls off in the bucket, so your left with skinless chicken that seems uncooked. when i asked about it, the first employee said, i don't know, the second said that is the way its cooked, or maybe we need new fryers. i have never had this experience in Los Angeles ever. maybe you need to train them on how its done. i even asked a customer and she said the only thing good about it is that its hot. there is no other KFC in Beaumont, and we shouldn't have to drive 18 miles to Port Arthur to get some KFC. you really need to do something about this store. I paid 30 dollars and some change for this crap, yes crap! can't believe the employee said if you don't want it falling off the chicken then you have to order crispy. really. oh and fatboy employee working in the back loves your hot wings. i was waiting in the parking lot while they sog up some more chicken and plain as day he eating out off those racks. to stupid to look behind him and notice a customer looking at this, hell, he probable don't care anyway, when i told the girl that brought the soggy chicken to my car, she looked uninterested.
