Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Beaumont

Ehhh... sonic on college you missed the mark tonight. Mr Austin took my order and was very courteous and informative as to why I could get mayo on my hamburger bun but not my hot dog bun. He was extremely professional, accurate in TAKING our order and friendly. Being that I make it a point of tipping, I was a bit perturbed that my car hop Ms Geneva (little thief) thought she was getting away with something by walking off with $15.04, when my total was 14.04. I intentionally gave a small tip for a car hop that practices this new "friendly theft"... and this is only at a few Sonics- not all. The car hop comes out with your order and doesn't offer or make an attempt to give the customer their change. DO NOT ALLOW THIS, PPL! Nonetheless, I consider that bad customer service and dishonest practice for a business. For these reasons I was rating this visit three stars, but since my order though taken accurately, was very inaccurate and not warm, I am giving TWO STARS. MR AUSTIN,...

Awful management. Horrible service. Our recent visit ended with the baby crying because he'd already started eaten half of his ice cream when our carhop told us that the credit card machine was down. We had tried to pay at the stall with no luck AND she took our card inside to try. Their credit card system was down and instead of comping the $9.83 order, the manager told us that she needed the drinks back if we didn't have another form of payment and threatened to call the police if we didn't literally take an ice cream from a baby. Terrible. We will never be back to this store again. Still haven't heard back from the district manager about our experience...

They did not give me happy hour pricing that was advertised, charged my credit card the full price. When I saw the receipt and inquired about the price, the carhop told me it should already discount it but did not offer to do anything about it. I had to ask him what they could do about it to fix it. After waiting for the manager, I was advised that it will be 5 business days if they refund the amount. Also, the food did not come with the condiments I requested. Not coming back to this location... It shouldn't be that hard to...
