Horrible place. Staff has no clue about the games. They will mislead customers and lie just to not have to work. Then when they are called out and told no actually that game is available for this game system, it's even on game stop website Joshua supposedly supervisor says " sorry you feel that way" . That doesn't even make sense fact: you lied about the game not a feeling. So needless to say when I inform my fifteen year old why I didn't get it I have to include the "son I know you are right but some people in the world have a problem working we will go elsewhere since this is not the first time the quote unquote manager didn't know a nickel...

T R A S H. The SHIFT MANAGER sold me a used PS4 and told me it was brand new. So of course I had to buy it for full price even though I was under the impression that this was a new console. I moved it to a different location in my house ONCE and one pin from the HDMI port snapped. I took it to a trusted friend to get it cleaned and maybe try to fix it myself because there's no way I was gonna come back to this Gamestop to get it "fixed". Sony warrantees, and a ton of screws were missing from the inside. Garbage employees....
