Beaver Dam Burger King - Must Read.... One time I was inside waiting for my App order, 33 minutes later I got the order. During that time, the person (I think manager) was helping make burgers, asked where her orders went on the screen, drive through lady said she ended them, they were taking to long making their times look bad. Then she also said, she is making people in the drive through wait until the order at the window was finished before taking the next order otherwise there would be more time added to their bad times. One order out, one order in...If that is the case, people waiting to give their order were waiting 12-17 minutes to just say their order, then pull up and wait about the same amount of time each step of the way. Last night, looked slow inside. One car was at the ordering in the drive-thru. I thought I was being nice, pulled behind that car. 9 minutes later they gave their order, so the car that pulled in the other line is next....12 minutes later he gives his order. At 29 minutes and those two cars were still at the window waiting for their order I left, I was still waiting to order so I didn't leave them hanging...In that time 3 cars were going to get in line but drove off, 3 cars behind me pulled out and left, 2 cars in the other line pulled out and left. So when I was paying attention I'd say 9 people leave without ordering....good business for Arbys, they get the customers! I will never go there again. I don't have an hour to hang...
   Read moreStill the most consistently mis-managed BK I've ever eaten at. They force you to pickup mobile orders via the drive thru after 7pm, which sucks. So I place the order ahead of time, get there with no other cars in front of me, and get told to pull around the building and they'll bring out my small, 2 sandwich order. This gave me a great vantage point to see my order be placed into a bag and then sit there getting cold for literally over 15 minutes while they made 2 massive orders that came in behind me. Only when all 3 were complete did they bring the orders out, and then had the nerve to apologize about the wait. How about keeping your lobby open until a reasonable time, or serving people in the order they arrive at the window like every single other fast food place?
I guess that was slightly better than the debacle weeks ago where they ran out of swiss cheese and didn't bother saying anything when giving me my order, and literally messed up every other sandwich as well. This was again around 8pm with no other customers in sight. When I asked for what I ordered I got the manager coming out and yelling about how they were short staffed and what did I expect? Pretty crazy experience, if they didn't have the Trio deal in their app I wouldn't even bother anymore, but the food when correct is decent and it's hard to...

First off I got a cheese burger and the skinny blonde guy making it had it drenched in sauce and didn't even make it right, then I brought it back in and he doesn't put ANY sauce on it! What I IQ level does it take to make a damn burger?! This is NOT the first time I've had issues there honestly! Actually now that I think of it I've had an issue EVERYTIME I've gone there so far and they've only been open for a few months!!! Only person who ACTUALLY does thier job is TANYA!
