I am so grateful to the owners for allowing us to rent this place for our small wedding. They are so professional and easy to work with! We had less than 50 guest. I struggled at first on how I could pull off a wedding in this space. I decided to have the ceremony in the basement. I used PVC pipes that I made into stands and painted gold to cover up all of the kitchen and fridges. I lined the chairs up and added a place for the alter. Hopefully you can tell from the pics what I mean by that. The upstairs spaced served as the reception space. We used the stage as our location for first pics between Hubby and Myself, it later served as the location for games and lastly the dance floor. We had plenty of space to set up a photo booth, cake table, sweet heart table, several buffet style tables and gift and sign in table. I had the buffet set up under the stage. Although I did not have to book this venue, I had to leave a positive review. My daughters first birthday party is next weekend. The original venue I booked canceled on me just 12 days before her party. In a panic, I was hunting for another venue that I might be lucky enough to rent with 12 days notice AND on Easter weekend. Luckily for me, Teresa quickly responded to my request and could feel my panic in my request. She was SO kind and so very helpful with my efforts of making my daughters first birthday special. Thankfully I had a close friend offer another space at no cost to us so we did not need to book here. However, I will highly recommend this venue just based off my brief experience with Teresa!! Don’t waste your time looking anywhere...

We had a 60th Wedding Anniversary Party here and it was perfect. It was very clean and the two levels made it nice because we put the food on the lower level and had DJ and dancing on the upper level. They have tables and chairs on each level so you don’t have to carry table and chairs up and down stairs which was very nice. The owners are very nice and anytime I emailed them they responded quickly. We had a very informative orientation and walk through that they showed us where everything was and then also had emails with everything in writing so we could look back at this during our event. The price for rental was very reasonable. I would highly recommend The Beavercreek Event Center for your next event.
