The Jordan Franchise Backpack (29L) is beyond a joke. After just 1.5 months of use, both straps snapped like they were made of cheap string. And the nightmare didn’t stop there—Nike had the audacity to deny my return simply because the tag with the manufacturer number was missing, even though they had all my purchase info in their system and could clearly see this broken disaster was theirs. I contacted them multiple times, and all I got was useless excuses and a complete refusal to stand by their defective MA0899-023 product. Pathetic customer service from a company that clearly doesn’t care at all. Save your money and your sanity—DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH!

Money's purpose is to allow trade. If it's hoarded (stored far beyond a necessary saving amount), it's removed from the transactional flow that drives commerce and job creation. Wealth is supposed to be the capital that funds new projects, technology, infrastructure, and businesses. When a significant portion of wealth sits idle or is only used in financial maneuvers (rather than building real capacity), it prevents the investment needed to improve things like Oregon's infrastructure. The Concept of the liquidity trap in Keynesian economics. This occurs when people or institutions (like the very wealthy) hoard cash or highly liquid assets because they expect bad times or see no sufficiently profitable investment opportunities. In this scenario, even when interest rates are low (making it cheap to borrow), the rich prefer to keep their money "liquid" (cash/easily accessible), preventing it from being invested into the real economy. The social utility of that money is lost. While an individual may argue they have the right to hold onto what they earned, the social consequence of extreme wealth concentration is that the available resources fail to address systemic issues. The power of political concentrated wealth translates to concentrated political power, allowing the wealthy to influence tax laws, regulations, and public spending priorities in ways that may protect their wealth rather than funding public goods like better mental health services or public schools. Eroding the social contract is when the wealthy live entirely separate lives, insulated from public services, and their wealth isn't actively contributing to the community that made their success possible, it breaks the sense of shared fate and contribution essential for a...
