It has a decent salad bar with a fine selection including eggs, olives, peppers, chicken, ham, fruits and more.
If you have a nut and dairy allergy like me, go early or risk cross contamination from the mad rush of folks who do not pay attention to that.
There is a hot food bar as well. The menu changes daily but cannot eat from there due to cross contamination / cooking risks due to said allergy. I hear good comments frequently though.
