This is just a mom and pop little butcher market. I stopped in for some ribeyes and was pleasantly surprised that they hand cut them to order, even trimming them up like all good butchers do. The man behind the counter comes off a bit abrasive but warms up quickly and is very friendly. We struck up a conversation about cattle ranching and talked for several minutes. I have been coming here ever since I was a small child, well over 30 years now. Ralph has a fantastic deli that has high quality meats and cheeses like you would find in a bigger city. He cares very much about quality and is very knowledgeable.
