Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in West Virginia

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. We have had food remade twice in maybe a month. And tonight I had food remade from earlier today, around 9:30. And I told the manager the issue with the food (we got chili dogs, a strip meal and pretzels with queso dip. The pretzels was hard as a rock, the hotdogs was cold, the strips was cold and hard) and the manager was very rude to me when I had walked in tonight, and said to her it had been a reoccurring thing and seemed as if we just wanted food. Me and my fiance both work at a restaurant so we know how that is, but definitely is not our case. If we pay for food we want it to be right and to be treated with respect. I definitely did not receive respect from the closing manager tonight she was very rude and told me if there is an issue every time we come here to go somewhere else. I will be calling corporate tomorrow over how terrible of an experience I have had! This is absolutely the worst place I have been to around beaver/beckley area. Food quality and hospitality wise! Highly do not recommend this area. MAY I ADD, the food that was remade tonight looked very sloppy and thrown together, also looked like it had been older food from earlier.. Shame on you, DO BETTER DQ...

When you order a Blizzard from here expect there to be hardly any pieces in it even when you order and are charged for extra. I ordered a large pumpkin pie blizzard with extra pie pieces on line the other day. I had my husband to make sure when he picked up to make sure to ask if they had put extra pie pieces in it as I had ordered and paid for it and they already from precious orders had trouble with them hardly putting in any cookies for an Oreo blizzard. It was always only five or six pieces and a couple of crumbs for a large. I would have to buy my own cookies at Sheetz to add because I didn’t order a vanilla blizzard. Needless to say when my husband picked up my LARGE PUMPKIN PIE BLIZZARD it had no extra pieces, after asking and being told that they had been put in, and what was in there was only about 8 or 9 crumbs of actual pie pieces. I ended up with what can be described as nothing more than pumpkin soup. Never again will I order one from here I’ve reached the fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. At this point in time there blizzards are no more than false...

Food was good. But I wasn't very happy I got to for $5 deal I got hamburger and chicken strips. Reason I'm not I think for $5 bucks I should have at least got $4 chicken strips we I didn't know I went to start eating my lunch to come to find out I looked and said that you got to be kidding me they only give me 2 chicken strips I'm like WTH that is damn rip off that isn't worth no damn $5 bucks that would fill up a cat never again with I get the to $5 deal ! That is not worth no damn 5 bucks the hamburger was worth $5 but no damn chicken strips I was pissed off. Food was good and workers were nice but wasn't happy about the chicken strips come on dairy Queen 2 chicken strips...
