Comic Castle — Local services in Beckley

So much cool stuff! This place is co- located with Peddlers Antique Mall. Arcade machines, (good ones!) in the back and a pool table. So many vintage toys, action figures, vehicles and other collectibles it's insane! GiJoes, Masters of the Universe, Star Wars among others. The owner/operator is super helpful and knowledgeable about comics, cards collectibles and the current markets on these items. They also buy and do consignment. From antiques, collectibles, comics, cards, vintage toys, video games and jewelry. It's like a flea market, antique store, comic book shop and more all in one place. Definitely worth a stop if...

We went in today for the first time and while everything was neat and presented nicely, we walked back in the right hand corner and my husband's ankles and legs were lit up with fleas! I was wearing tall boots so I wasn't affected but he ran out and I knocked probably 40 fleas off his ankles. You need to work on your carpet maintenance and cleaning, that was just gross. Not a “comic shop”. It’s an antique mall that has a few IMHO overpriced comics scattered thru a portion of the “store” and comic related toys etc...”Comic Castle” LOL, was actually expecting a lot of comics, from what I saw, maybe 1/2 short box scattered throughout. There is no sign, the store just calls that section of the store “Comic Castle” because they have comics & toys....
