Who can I contact to make a formal complaint about the store manager Tre????? He is a first rate jerk! Can someone please give me the information to contact the regional manager? I’ve never felt so discriminated against in all my years going to Dollar General. The girls at the new Dollar General on 460 are amazing!!! Always welcoming and helping you in anyway they can. Tre is too busy discriminating against his customers. I’m of Hispanic heritage and I overheard him telling one of the other employees that Hispanic people were of no use to society.He needs to learn common courtesy and also fix their phone. I was told 4 months ago when I tried to get in touch with the store the phone was broken and he hadn’t gotten around to getting a new phone. I thought they would have a phone by now. You work in a store that sells telephones. Why not get one so that your customers can reach you unless you are too lazy to get one off the shelf and plug it into the wall!!!! Do not apply for a job for this company. From the store itself to the company phone services is so run down. It's scary. (If you don't believe me, there are things you don't see or know as a customer) Employees are treated very poorly. They really don't care about you because they can't. Workers are spread so thin. Managers are ran so ragged.
Unfortunately, the manager that was running this store at Longwood was very crooked (older lady will not say any names)
While I was working there, they expected an assistant manager "in training" with a month's experience under her belt to run the store. The other actual manager left her high and dry and said it's not her problem anymore. (This is what she said to me when I complained about what I saw and heard)

Not following their own guidelines as far as rationing paper products shows little more than minimal effort is accepted by their upper "management*" team. Poor elderly couple putting themselves at risk just to go home empty handed while the person in line carried a 6 month supply to their vehicle.
Perhaps imposing a limitation on hours sitting at their desk would promote IRL store visits from the district team. (Reading a book on effective team management wouldn't hurt the district "team"*)
