I would rate this studio at a zero!! My child's school selected this studio for school photos. My first complaint is that the photos were taken late October before Halloween and I paid by check for my package. My check was not deposited for payment until the third week of December (absolutely ridiculous). I get my 5 year olds photos back and in the picture he has his coat on!!! What "professional" photographer allows a kindergartener to wear his coat in a school photo?!??! I am beyond disappointed! After waiting nearly two months for photos, I receive them and my sons nice blue plaid shirt is covered by his outdoor leather jacket!!! I would not recommend this studio and will not ever purchase school pictures again as long as this vendor is being used. I had a poor experience from start to finish. I wouldn't doubt that the photographer that took these photos would allow a child to take class photos with mucus dripping from their nose! Don't use this "photo studio" if you want...

Vendetti treated our organization very poorly. They took 8 weeks to get our pictures back to us and when we called vault they would tell us our photos would be ready next day but this was not the case. They kept providing excuses. Once we received our pictures back we had several missing, misspelled names on memory frame.

They tried to tell us this is the normal trike frame however my daughter goes to a school they service and her team received their pictures back in 1 week.

We feel they did not value our organization and parents therefore we were not a priority. They made no effort to compensate us for the time and error and not to mention apologize to our organization for the mistakes and headache they caused.

Needless to say we will not be using them again and recommend you to stay away because if you are not a large organization or party they will treat...

We took our senior photos, The pictures are decent. The prices for them are outrageous, $150 dollars for one photo without a deal and you don’t get multiple versions of that photo. Poor value definitely better options out there. School districts need to do better. From class 2017 to now haven’t purchased any photos cause of how awfully...
