Stopped in hoping to consign quality, name-brand clothing after a 100lb weight loss. Instead, I was handed a questionnaire (that’s supposed to be filled out in-store, according to their website) and told to go home, look online, and “come back.” The interaction felt cold — very Pretty Woman vibes — like I was being judged before anything was even considered.

The shop claims to only accept high-end, on-trend items, but I saw plenty of Shein, Walmart, and other mass-produced brands on the racks. The plus-size section was extremely limited, and for summer, the selection of pants and shorts was oddly sparse.
