I joined this gym last week and Iām IN LOVE. The classes are better than any Iāve ever taken, but just know...the class trainers ARE trainers... they wonāt coddle you- they will push you to succeed... push you to push yourself...and that turns out to be a beautiful thing. I love that my 11 year old can do everything I do, she loves coming here as much as I do, which is great in the summertime. I do marketing so I would be doing a disservice if I didnāt at least offer advice for improvement, because as a company you never want to stay stagnant- it inhibits growth. However, I will say they are amazing and you should definitely check this gym out. Itās worth every penny. Hereās my advice to reach more customers.
Childcare: look into accommodating earlier ages even if that means training the staff...itās worth it. New moms NEED this, not only for losing weight but for their mental health as well- there arenāt many gyms that reach the ānew momā target market and thats a shame, because we need it. After having my child 6 months ago all I wanted to do was get back in the gym and waiting 6 months was my biggest hurdle, I wouldāve joined much sooner if I could have. I donāt know how or what it would take to do so, splitting up childcare for infants...training to strictly handle the babies and their schedules, but you guys would benefit greatly by appealing to new moms that are yearning to get their body and mental health back....6 months is a lonnnnng time.
Supplements: possibly partnering with a reputable company that sells pre-workout/post workout products. Having a shot of pre-workout at the cafe before a workout would be amazing... or a shot of bcaaās, a recovery drink after... find a company with a great product line and see if yāall can make some magic happen. Great earning potential for you guys as retailers.
Testimonials: before/after photos and stories from members- make a wall display or something ..showing your success stories, give us something to work towards/be inspired by.
Thatās literally it. Everything else yāall do is better than anything Iāve ever been a part of. Yāall are amazing. Keep up...

HCI Sports and Fitness in Bee Cave impresses on multiple fronts, making it a worthy destination for fitness enthusiasts and sports lovers alike. The facility stands out for its expansive size and remarkable cleanliness, an inviting environment for both newcomers and regular patrons. With a comprehensive array of sports courts and fields, an indoor track, and state-of-the-art fitness equipment, the complex is well-equipped to cater to diverse fitness routines and sports training needs.
The staff at HCI Sports and Fitness deserves special mention for their warm and friendly demeanor, enhancing the overall experience of the members and visitors. This personal touch in customer service helps in creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that is often lacking in large fitness centers.
However, the facility is not without its drawbacks. The locker rooms are surprisingly cramped, which is a notable discrepancy given the otherwise spacious nature of the complex. For a health club of its stature and monthly fee, the lack of amenities such as steam rooms, jacuzzis, or saunas in the locker rooms is a miss. These features are often standard in similar establishments and could significantly enhance the value provided to its members.
Additionally, the decision to split the weight room between two separate areas seems to be an oversight. A unified, larger gym space would not only streamline the experience but also cater better to the needs of the fitness community that frequents the center. Consolidating the weight rooms could potentially improve both the functionality and the aesthetic appeal of the gym area.
Lastly, the connection to the guest WiFi also failed, which shouldnāt happen at this caliber health club.
In conclusion, while HCI Sports and Fitness offers a plethora of resources for sports and fitness activities, some strategic enhancements in facility planning could elevate the user experience significantly. With its current offerings and potential for improvement, it comfortably earns a commendable four out...

*I had planned on coming back later on and now they say I owe them for months fees and duesā¦
I hadnāt even been there in awhile, but now I canāt even re join without paying the debt of my previous account thatās somehow still active and charging me still..
I canāt cancel the membership without paying my balance on the account an I also canāt work out there without paying it either but they get to keep charging every monthā¦** š not cool
even though I havenāt even been in there for a couple months an I told them Iām going to cancel it in person the last time I was there. I mean because there was no point..I only play ball there.
I mean, Besides that itās an okay place you better just pay attention to your emails cause thatās the only form of information youāll get in notice plus if you get behind or for whatever reason you miss a payment somehow their policyās are so jacked up and one sided for them to screw you. If they fixed this Iād totally be cool but the lady I talked to was very rude on the phone and that call was just an unpleasant experience. Real turn off because I liked this gym. Like you could be getting my money still every month but youāre being unreasonable and still sending me invoices for...
