Worst pedicure experience! For those of you who don't already know this, Shellac polish is to be removed by soaking in solvent and NOT BY PEELING! DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE FOR DAMAGING YOUR NAILS!!! I went in with a couple of friends. Two of us got pedicures with shellac and one shellac only (all 3 already had shellac polish). After soaking for an extensive amount of time, I was instructed to remove my feet from foot bath, rubbed with lotion on my calves only, and left there while my feet dried (over 10 minutes) No other pedicure procedures were performed during this time. Another employee returned and "removed" my shellac by taking a sharp instrument (cuticle nippers) and peeling it off each of my toes. I was left with damaged toenails which is the exact opposite of what a pedicure is intended for. My toenails were now white, jagged, and damaged beyond repair (other than letting them grow out which doesn't happen easily). I, again, was left sitting there for over 15 minutes (not soaking) when finally another employee pushed my cuticles back, however, my cuticles were already dry and cuticles aren't meant to be pushed back dry so the effect was lost. She also trimmed my paper thin toenails. Then reapplied shellac. Nothing else. They also peeled the shellac of both my friends. This place is unprofessional and should be avoided. I...
Read moreI hate to even leave a bad review but I went in recently with my daughter to get pedicures together, I needed a fill and new polish, and my daughter just wanted her nails painted. She had a 10% off services text so we decided to go in. We opted for the $40 deluxe pedicures since we had the discount and my foot tub overfilled almost to the point of going over the top. We signaled one of the employees and got the water turned off. I didn't realize until after we were headed home that the entire bottom of my leather purse got soaked. My daughter noticed it when I put it on my center console and she felt how wet it was. Other than that when we went to pay, the employee did some calculations since we had the 10% off and for 2 $40 pedicures, acrylic nail fill (along with white polish with chrome) and a basic gel polish on my daughter's natural nails, I was charged $177. I don't think this is an accurate total for what we had done with the 10% off. We had to leave quickly so my daughter could get to work on time so I just paid and left. I've been going here since January and I don't mind paying for nails but I don't think I'm going to be back after this. My purse is ruined and I don't think I was charged correctly. Just really...
Read moreLet me just start by saying this place was highly rated by a few people so I decided when not try it today and treat my mother as well. We waited over an hour to even get our pedicures started. My mother and I both got the same volcanic pedicures. The lady that did mine made me bleed in three different places just from doing my cuticles on my toes. I get pedicures often and i get that happens. But 3 times and she just says sorry miss. Than my mom got wax on her feet and I didn’t tell the very end because she forgot. Then she leaves me in the wax bags for 30 mins while she is sitting on her phone I literally have to ask her to take them off because it’s ridiculous. I have never been done this way and will NOT be back or recommend this...
