I made an order for a four pack of medium drinks two pepsis with extra ice two Pepsi zeros with no ice and then two frozen strawberry lemonade and lastly for cinnamon twist some sauces. I got a bag full of sauce with no cinnamon first I got two frozen strawberry drinks instead of strawberry lemonade and my son who is autistic will only drink the strawberry lemonade one or the blue raspberries and they didn't ask if I wanted to placement and they didn't ask what I want to do with if they had I wasn't asked for blue raspberry or nothing at All damn they put ice in one of the Pepsi zeroes and the other two were something diet but definitely not Pepsi zero. One had about three to four inches below the lid so it was missing liquid. And the other Pepsi zero was missing. None of the drinks had stickers on the top like they're supposed to. And they refused to fix my order. I reported it and I'm waiting to see about a refund but it's after hours so I'll probably have to wait until tomorrow to find out how this is getting fixed. I've never had this problem out of Cabot. As a door-ass driver I know exactly the policy and I know exactly how they're supposed to do my brother used to work at Taco Bell he said their policy is to always fix an order if it was wrong. Have it always fixes the order if something was wrong or missing but I took today off so I ordered delivery and it came from Beebe and Beebe sucks and I hope they shut down because this is BS I spent almost $24 for stuff and didn't get a single thing that my son will drink and everything else is closed and I don't have any money to get something else at Cabot and just drive to pick it up. Read moreWell I gave my order to Dalton at the Taco Bell in Beebe AR. I ordered w shredded chicken and got grilled chicken. My daughter took it back for me to get them to correct it. I got it and it was still wrong. Then I went back to try to tell them again and Dalton lied and said that I didn't tell him shredded chicken when I clearly discussed it with him when I was making my order. My husband was standing right beside me as Dalton and I was discussing the order to begin with. He didn't want to correct the order so I walked out and will not be back to that Taco Bell. That was the first time and last time that I will be there. The teenager's that work fast food jobs do not deserve to get paid $15 a hour when we had to climb up from lower minimum wage to what we make now. They need to learn to know how to work to make things right the first time to work up to $15. Starting out at $15 they will never care to learn. Read moreUpdated 10/16/2024: gave them another chance cause we figured after this long they can't still be that bad....but they are. Girl at the window wasn't friendly, missing a taco, cheesy gordita crunch wasn't done properly and had about 4 shreds of cheese holding it on, crunchy tacos were cracked and so greasy they were like eating soft tacos on the bottom. You'd be better off driving to Cabot or Searcy. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Wait time for our order was just shy of 1 hour. Just missed it by 2 minutes. Food was not hot. Order was not right. Originally talked to the manager after waiting around 35 minutes and continued to wait while he made orders that were placed AFTER ours. While I understand that things happen, this was beyond ridiculous and he should have handled our missed order before continuing to make orders placed after. Sadly, the food wasn't good either.
