You can't condition the air if u don't know what brand, yr, model or if it is to be installed outside of the building if the AC could withstand the rain, the thunder, or any category of tornado, fire or vandalism. A window unit also works to cool the exact area needed. Guess would need a AC technician that's AC DC certified to get it done right. Never have I been treated so rudely. I have bought a product from them several times before an when I asked if they had any I was told they never carried it. I explained in fact you have you actually recommended it to me, I was told no we never have, when I asked the young lady if she was calling me a liar she said well we never carried that. wow so I put down what I had in my hand and said guess I'll find another place to shop, she commented feel free to shop anywhere you like. Attitude, you bet, friendly place to shop nope, hardware down the road will suit me just fine. Guess they have more customers...

Please fix your AC so you're not closing before I can get to your store after my work hours. What difference does closing at 4PM vs 6PM make at that point? Your employees seem miserable about the AC situation too. Mixed bag in terms of assistance while shopping. Rarely have I gotten asked if I need help. Younger gal at the cash register showed no interest in her job and did not display any appreciation for me shopping there. On the plus side, they usually have what I go looking for without expecting too much and they let my kids use that toy wheelbarrow...
