Went on 12/15 and signed the lease agreement. They took my payment and told me that my merchandise will be delivered that day between 6-6:30pm. Ok so 6:30pm came and nothing. So I decided to call to see if there was any updates on when I should expect my merchandise. But no answer so I just assumed they were busy. So the next day around 10am I called them and no answer so throughout that day I kept on calling to make sure they didn't try to deliver and I wasn't home. So that day I called over 15 times!!! With no one answering the phone!! So on Sunday I went into the store to see what was going on and also wanted to know why my merchandise hadn't got delivered and I was told that they had to get it approved by the main manager. Ok?? So then I was told that they'll call me tomorrow. I of course I accepted that situation. So Monday comes and goes and of course still no phone call!!! I did call them 3 times that day (Monday) and of course no answer!!! Called Tuesday and still no answer!!! So of course I called corporate and let them know what was going on I explained to them how I already have the lease agreement and how they took my 1st and 2nd payment ( because I paid ahead of time) so today 12/20 I've called 4 times already and nothing!! So I just now decided to call them again!! And guess what they answer!! I talked to Teresa and explained to her what was going on I also told her how I contacted corporate all she said was that I was going to get a refund and that she's been in the office all week and she answers all calls that have been coming through. Of course I explained to her how I can prove it to her that I've been calling and calling and no answer!! She said nothing and just slammed the phone and of course it hung up on me!! Of course i called back twice and of NO ANSWER!!So of course I was recording the whole conversation because I had her on speaker and for sure going to send it to corporate. So my advice to yall is to stay away from Buddy's unless they change the way they treat...

We are just so grateful that we found the household items that we needed and a huge plus is that when everyone else in other stores would tell us no on the delivery or would want to charge a huge amount to deliver. Buddy's Home Furnishings Store helped us in that problem, they did deliver our items 😀. Plus the manager and staff also helped me with my last item that I purchased with them. In the sense of payments we went through a rough time and they really worked hard with us in order for our item not to be returned back to the store. But Letty and Mr. Rudy worked with me and told me that we will get through this together. It felt really good cause I was about to lose my sons bed.
