DO NOT BUY FROM REGENCY!! I ordered a dining table with 4 chairs & bench. When it was delivered there was damage to the table- the delivery guy stated “you either accept it or we take it back but you won’t get a new one until after Christmas” this was unacceptable as I was promised I would have the table before Christmas by the salesperson. I called the main store to talk to a manager before the delivery person left - couldn’t get the general manager Candace on the phone was told she was on another call & she would call me back in an hour. I told them I was heading to their store. I told the delivery person to take back the table as I was not going to accept a damage table. Drove to the store - was told Candace was not there - there was a manager named PJ who said he would help solve the issue. Asked if he could call me the next day once he figured out if he could pull another table from stock. Next day came - PJ called to say he messed up can’t find out an answer until the following day. Agreed to wait another day - but no call came. I called the store was told PJ wasn’t there - asked to speak to another manager - again general manager Candace unable to come to the phone. Told them I’m coming up right now & wanted a full refund. Not even 5 mins passed & Candace calls so apparently she got the message I was driving there- told her I’ll heading there now we will chat in person. Showed up (parking lot empty - 6 staff sitting around the desks doing nothing) Candace is upfront - I stated “no customers but you couldn’t answer a call?” She replied with she was in back - so apparently the girl that answered the phone was just too lazy to get her. After contacting nearly every Ashley location within 10 miles of my home, the Bel Air, MD store on Churchville Road was my last resort — and I’m so glad I reached out.

He confirmed they had the chair and the matching bookcase on their showroom floor, and even took the time to send me photos to make sure they were the exact items I was looking for. On top of that, Adam worked with his manager to offer me a price match based on the discounted online pricing — something I truly appreciated.

Read moreUpdate received couch and love seat and have used them for over a month and we love them. Quality seems good and they still look new even with 2 kids, 2 dogs and 3 cats. Dining room set ended up being delayed till Jan and then again till July. That was disappointing. Came in today and the staff was very helpful and willing to do whatever they could to help me find a piece that would be in sooner. I appreciated their efforts, though I did choose to cancel instead, as I didn't find anything that fit the size and style we were looking for.
