Hello it saddens me to have to write a negative review here! Because I was originally happy with the service provided. My iPhone screen was broken and we were wanting to leave it to get fixed while we were on vacation because it wasn’t something we were in a hurry for because I had another phone. But the guy said oh I’ll do it quickly so you can go make your flight. So I paid them to replace the screen on my iPhone 13 Pro Max around the beginning of July. Not needing the phone we didn’t use it until middle of August around 15th or 16th when I switched the SIM card back the phone they repaired. I noticed from the beginning like when watching videos and such the pause play thing on videos didn’t always work correctly but chalked it up to aftermarket screen and in the upper right corner of screen was a blemished looking area super small I again thought it’s just because it’s aftermarket as the phone was doing what I needed it to do for myself so I didn’t have any worries. I’m not to tech savvy because I never had internet until a year ago at my place. So last night sitting watching the vice president debate I had the phone on the arm of my recliner just sitting there and I looked over to check the time and the phone lit as normal then suddenly went green at the top of screen only then nothing. Never dropped or anything and it just quit. So because now it’s the phone I’m using I took it back to mobile masters to look at it. Come back to check on it and they said oh it’s the screen again and it’s Not covered but we’ll fix it for such dollars. I asked the person to show me what’s wrong with it because I didn’t drop or damage the phone in any way and he comes back with the screen pointing out the previous mentioned blemish on the top corner of screen saying that’s what’s wrong. And I said that was there the day we got the phone fixed even when we picked it up I noticed that but the phone worked so I again just thought it was a blemish because not Apple screen. So I was very disappointed because I know for sure I didn’t cause this damage to the device and strongly remember that from the day they replaced the screen and the won’t honor the warranty on it. That’s why the 1 star from me. I then went to batteries bulbs and more and they took a look at the screen without taking the phone apart and said that there’s NO way I caused this to happen and they pointed out where mobile masters didn’t even put the ear piece screens back on when they put it back together earlier today while telling me the damage was my fault. Batteries bulbs and more also went on to say that this failure should and definitely would be covered by the warranty and they offer 6 months warranty on such problems there! So I’m guessing I chose to trust in the wrong establishment to help me with my repairs and I’m writing this review to strongly encourage you to do the same. A bit expensive for the service, $100, which was simply a lens repair. A couple glass fragments were left inside of the lens after repair as well which was disappointing but didn't affect the camera.

The glass fragments caused pressure on the lens and it cracked. I spoke with employees at the store on Monday and they said that I would be able to bring the phone in and get it repaired for free since it was not my fault. I then called them today to make sure that I would be able to bring the phone in and they said they would charge me. How can two different employees on Monday tell me something completely different than two different employees on Friday (today)? I understand if there was a miscommunication, but if I owned this business and there was this much confusion I would simply repair the original mistake (glass shards) and the lens for free. After all, that was originally what was supposed to happen. Finally, I was telling the manager of the establishment how it's a horrible business model to tell customers that you can recompense a mistake for free, and then change your mind... and was hung up on. Read moreExcellent service. I went in at 6:30 the evening before, needing a new screen for my OnePlus 8T phone. They said they had to order it, but it should be in the next day. Next thing I know, I get an email at 3pm the next day, saying that the repair was finished, and the phone was ready to be picked up. Prior to seeking out Power Swift mobile, I had sent my phone in to the manufacturer (OnePlus) for repair. I wanted the identical OEM screen as what came on the original phone. After waiting about 3 weeks, with their website saying that the phone had been "inspected" for over 2 weeks, I had to call the manufacturer, because there was ZERO correspondence from them. Then they sent me a link to their website for payment, but the website gave error messages. So I couldn't make a payment. After just 2 days, they sent my phone back, UNFIXED! I wasted A MONTH trying to get a manufacturer fix. Then I called a local competitor to Power Swift, who's website says they fix OnePlus phones, only to be told they can't get parts for OnePlus phones, and that it wasn't worth fixing! Power Swift got the screen in and fixed my phone in UNDER A DAY! And it looks and performs exactly like the original screen. If you need a phone, tablet, etc fixed, don't waste your time with anyplace else. Just take it to Power Swift Mobile. I wish I had taken my phone there...
