Spin Central Laundromat — Local services in Belleville

I pay for drop off cleaning every week. I've noticed that a few of my items were missing here and there. This last time however, a whole bag of my laundry is missing. I paid $1.25 per pound for 42.25lbs of clothes (you do the math), just to receive half of my items back. I'm missing bath towels, gym clothes, under garments, jeans, sweat pants, and t-shirts. Jazzy was the laundry attendant that processed my items when dropping off. When I returned to locate my items, she and her coworkers began to make excuses, claiming that someone else did the folding of my clothes. There is no customer service contact available for this business. I want my items returned. Please take caution before trusting this facility!

Update- We have yet to recieve a call back/follow-up for our missing items. There's no update for contact to the owner or at least an English speaking manager. This place is run by people who steal and conveniently can not communicate with you about your concerns. We've had to spend lots of money replacing our stolen items. I was customer for a kong time, until they ruined some sheets and a towel. Got my money back for the damage and i continued to use them because mistakes happen. They ruined other stuff the second time but I noticed too late and I let it slide hoping this was just coincidence. Now, third time not only they ruined my clothes but they also lost a bath towel. I complained again and told to come back the next day to collect. When I went back to get my money one of the workers was giving me attitude on how she had to pay for my damaged clothes , how she always wash my stuff and she didn't see anything wrong, basically implying that it was my fault. That's simply ridiculous, she was upset because she had to pay out her own pocket. Needless to say they won't have my business anymore. One word of advice: don't go there because as soon they mess up (and they will mess up) they act like it's the customer's fault. Expensive and Disgusting.

Came here to clean my laundry, (obviously) and when you look at it from a panoramic view it looks like your average hood laundromat but when you look at the dryers, the washers, the lime and gunk infested tiles, your going to wish it was. The lint compartments were clearly not emptied regularly. How do I know? Because you see that gunk in the washer? Well let me tell you it's not actually in the washer it's spewing out of the crevice. And then we have the dryers. Well the dryers are extremely dirty, and not well taken care of there is a crusty substance in the inner walls which is melted plastic ( why? I dont know). And there is only one attendant on duty along with her trusty sidekick,( the fly-cockaroach bug thing). And to top it off, it was really expensive, like six dollars for the average medium washer.
